Confirmed ready-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 1–2 days after full payment and stock confirmation. This preparation time does not include international transit. Orders are supplied EXW China, and international freight is paid by the buyer.
Dispatch and Freight Rules
Ready stock
Dispatch preparation is normally 1–2 days after full payment, stock confirmation, and order-detail confirmation. International transit time is separate.
Custom orders
Production time is confirmed after the model, specification, quantity, color, logo, and packaging requirements are reviewed.
EXW China and freight
Orders are supplied EXW China. International freight is paid by the buyer. Use your own forwarder or ask QQVape to introduce a forwarder; freight is confirmed after the destination and shipment details are known.
International transit
Transit time depends on the destination, selected service, customs clearance, and local delivery. No fixed international delivery time is promised before the route and shipment details are confirmed.
Seven Steps from Quote to Dispatch
Send the purchase requirements
Provide capacity, quantity, required interface or device, oil type when relevant, and destination.
Confirm stock, compatibility, and quotation
QQVape confirms the exact model, available stock or custom route, price, freight basis, and lead time.
Ready stock: full payment
Confirmed ready-stock orders normally require 1–2 days of dispatch preparation after full payment and stock confirmation. This does not include international transit.
Custom orders over 7 days: deposit
Custom orders with a lead time longer than 7 days use a 50% deposit to begin production.
Preparation, production, and inspection
Order details, packaging, quantities, and inspection requirements are handled according to the confirmed PI.
Balance before shipment
For custom orders, the remaining 50% balance is paid before shipment.
Freight arrangement and dispatch
The buyer may use its own forwarder or ask QQVape to introduce a forwarder. Orders are supplied EXW China, freight is paid by the buyer, and any transit estimate is confirmed separately before dispatch.
Before Shipping
Provide the destination country and city, consignee requirements, preferred freight method, and any destination-market documentation that must be confirmed for the exact model. Review the order process and payment terms before confirming the PI.
