A 100-unit order is a ready-stock trial quantity and is subject to the selected SKU, capacity, color, connector, and current stock. The $0.65 starting price applies only to qualifying ready-stock compatible-pod models at 2,000 units or more. Orders from 100 to 1,999 units are quoted by SKU and current stock.

Confirmed regular ready-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch in 1–2 days after full payment and stock confirmation. This is dispatch-preparation time in China and does not include international transit.

Regular ready-stock capacities include 0.5ml, 0.6ml, 1.2ml, 1.8ml, and 2.0ml. The 2.5ml, 3.0ml, and 3.2ml options have limited stock or may require short production, which can usually take 2–3 days after confirmation. R08 2.6ml availability must also be confirmed before payment.

Stock is allocated and order preparation begins after cleared payment. The exact SKU, quantity, stock status, freight basis, and Proforma Invoice are confirmed before payment is requested.

Custom orders with a confirmed lead time longer than 7 days use a 50% deposit to begin material preparation and production, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment. Ready-stock and other orders with a lead time of 7 days or less require full payment before arrangement.

Company-to-company payments are made by SWIFT or SEPA bank transfer. If bank transfer is not available for your account, contact Leo on WhatsApp to confirm an alternative payment method for the order.

Custom 510-thread hardware normally starts from 2,000 units. “1,000 pcs/box” may appear as a packing specification on applicable product pages and does not mean the order MOQ is 1,000 units. Final stock, specification, price, and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.

OXVA-compatible custom orders usually start from 1,000 units. Stock, interface, capacity, color, logo, packaging, price, and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.

CBD and concentrate OEM hardware requires 10,000 units per model, normally 2,000 units per color. No public 1,000-unit-per-color exception applies.

For D59, D52, D50, and D19, standard colors with neutral packaging normally require 7–12 days after deposit when materials are ready. Custom colors or packaging require around 15–18 days after artwork and CMF confirmation. Lead time for other CBD hardware models is confirmed with the quotation.

No. QQVape supplies empty hardware only. Products contain no nicotine, e-liquid, CBD, THC, or other formulation. Buyers fill the hardware through their own authorized operation and are responsible for destination-market compliance.

Orders are supplied EXW China and international freight is paid by the buyer. The buyer may use its own forwarder or ask QQVape to introduce one. Dispatch-preparation time does not include international transit, and any transit estimate is confirmed separately for the shipment.
