You do not need to repeat the same requirements to different departments. I handle product matching, pricing, customization details, order documents, order-detail confirmation, and the shipping handoff from one conversation.
I answer most inquiries within 12 hours. When a detail needs factory confirmation, I check it before I promise it.

Practical Work Before Your Order Ships
I focus on the details that affect a hardware purchase. Each order starts with the product type, capacity, quantity, connector reference, customization needs, and destination country.
Product Matching
I compare the requested capacity, connector, coil type, and device reference with the available hardware. I check compatibility against your device reference or sample before quoting.
Quotation and Order Details
I confirm stock or production status, MOQ, unit price, customization, lead time, and payment terms before issuing the pro forma invoice.
Pre-Shipment Coordination
I coordinate the confirmed order details, quantity, packaging, and any agreed pre-shipment check with the supplying production line before dispatch. The scope is confirmed for each order.
Documents and Shipping
I prepare the commercial order documents and coordinate shipment with your forwarder. I can provide material documentation on request when available. I can coordinate third-party laboratory testing when your project requires it.

QQVape supplies empty pods, cartridges, batteries, and related empty hardware. The products leave China without oil, nicotine, CBD, THC, or any other formulation.
I do not sell pre-filled hardware, and I do not fill hardware with e-liquid, CBD oil, concentrates, or any other formulation. Buyers fill the hardware through their own authorized operation and remain responsible for product and import compliance in the destination country.
