Tell Me What You Need
Send a WhatsApp message or email with four things:
- What you’re filling — CBD oil, HHC distillate, live resin, e-liquid, other
- Preferred pod style — or ask me to recommend based on your fill type
- Quantity — sample pack, or 100 to 50,000+ pcs
- Shipping destination — country and city
Response time: Within 12 hours during business hours (9am–10pm China time, UTC+8). You’ll get a clear quote with unit price, shipping cost, and delivery timeline.

Confirm and Pay
Once you’re happy with the quote, payment terms are straightforward:
- Sample packs & in-stock pods: Full payment before dispatch (Bank Transfer or USDT). In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
- Custom pods (all made-to-order): 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipping. Production takes 7–10 days.
- All devices (pod systems): 30% deposit + 70% before shipping, regardless of quantity.
Payment confirmation within 24 hours. Your order then enters the dispatch queue (in-stock) or production queue (custom). I’ll confirm which applies to your order.

Quality Check and Packing
Before your order leaves Guangdong, I personally inspect a random sample from your batch:
- Cracked or deformed mouthpieces
- Coil resistance consistency (measured against spec)
- Inlet holes — clear and correct size (critical for thick oils)
- Correct quantity and SKU mix against your order
I send you photos of the packed order before it ships. If anything looks off, we fix it before it leaves China.

Shipping and Tracking
Your order ships from Guangdong via tracked courier. You receive:
- Tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch via WhatsApp
- Standard air freight to EU: 7–15 business days
- Express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 5–7 days at additional cost
- WhatsApp updates if there are any customs delays
After delivery I check in to confirm everything arrived in good condition. Damaged pods in transit are replaced in your next order.
