What a Trial Order Includes
Order size
Ready-stock compatible empty pods start from 100 units, subject to current stock. Custom RELX-compatible and OXVA-compatible pod projects usually start from 1,000 units. Custom 510 hardware normally starts from 2,000 units.
Available capacities
Regular ready stock: 0.5ml, 0.6ml, 1.2ml, 1.8ml, and 2.0ml. Limited-stock 2.5ml, 3.0ml, and 3.2ml options require confirmation and may use a short production schedule.
Payment
Trial and other ready-stock orders require full payment before order arrangement. CBD pre-production sample cost, payment, and timing are confirmed with the sample quotation.
Dispatch
Confirmed ready-stock orders normally ship in 1–2 days after full payment and stock confirmation. Limited-stock capacities or short production may require 2–3 days after confirmation. These are dispatch-preparation times and do not include international transit.

The confirmed ready-stock order is prepared and normally ships in 1–2 days after full payment and stock confirmation.
CBD Pre-Production Sample Evaluation
CBD and concentrate hardware samples can be arranged before mass production so the buyer can evaluate the selected empty hardware with its own formulation and filling process. Sample combinations, cost, payment, and preparation time are confirmed after the model, capacity, and customization requirements are reviewed. No fixed sample fee, quantity, or schedule applies across every CBD model.
Sample approval does not change the production MOQ. CBD OEM production requires 10,000 units per model, normally 2,000 units per color.
