An OEM minimum order only makes sense when the hardware route is defined first. A ready-stock compatible pod trial, a custom compatible pod, a custom 510 cartridge, and a CBD or concentrate OEM device do not share one MOQ.
MOQ by Project Route
| Project route | Public order quantity | What must be confirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Ready-stock compatible pods | From 100 units, subject to stock | Exact model, capacity, compatibility, quantity, and current quotation |
| Custom RELX-compatible pods | Usually 1,000 units | Model, color, logo, packaging, and lead time |
| Custom OXVA-compatible pods | Usually 1,000 units | Device generation, resistance, capacity, color, and packaging |
| Custom 510-thread hardware | Normally 2,000 units | Cartridge specification, oil compatibility, branding, packaging, and lead time |
| CBD or concentrate OEM hardware | 10,000 units per model; normally 2,000 units per color | Model, color split, packaging route, materials status, and quotation |

What the MOQ Does—and Does Not—Include
MOQ describes the minimum production or order quantity for a defined route. It does not mean that every color, logo process, package, or accessory is automatically included. The quotation and proforma invoice must identify the model, quantity, color split, branding scope, packaging, and commercial terms.
Do not rely on a single headline such as “MOQ 1,000” without checking which product family it applies to. In particular, 510-thread custom hardware normally starts from 2,000 units, while CBD or concentrate OEM projects use a 10,000-unit total MOQ per model.

Lead Time and Payment
Ready-stock compatible pods are normally prepared for dispatch in 1–2 days after stock confirmation and full payment. This is order-preparation time and does not include international transportation.
For D59, D52, D50, and D19 projects, standard colors with neutral packaging may be prepared in 7–12 days after the deposit when materials are ready. Custom colors or packaging are approximately 15–18 days after artwork or CMF confirmation. Lead time for other CBD hardware and custom 510 projects is confirmed with the quotation.
Ready-stock and other short-lead-time orders are arranged after full payment. Custom orders with a lead time longer than seven days use a 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Sample Before a Custom Run
A sample evaluation should confirm physical compatibility, filling method, oil behavior, draw, sealing, and assembly before a production order. Sample availability, fee, quantity, and timing are confirmed for the selected hardware; no fixed sample pack is assumed.
