European hardware buyers should treat sourcing as a specification and documentation project, not as a shortcut to a universal “EU-compliant” product. Requirements can differ by country, product classification, fill, battery configuration, labeling, and importer role.
Define the Product Before Requesting a Quote
Start with the exact hardware format: compatible empty pod, 510-thread cartridge, or a CBD or concentrate OEM device. Then define capacity, resistance, inlet design, mouthpiece, battery requirement, filling method, and expected quantity. A general request for “European hardware” is not enough to confirm a model.
Five Checks for European-Market Projects
- Compatibility: confirm the exact device generation or 510 interface.
- Fill evaluation: test the proposed hardware with the buyer’s own formulation and filling process.
- Capacity and construction: record the actual capacity, materials, coil configuration, and battery details where applicable.
- Documentation: list the documents required by the importer or responsible market party before the order. Availability must be confirmed for the selected model.
- Logistics: confirm the declared product description, shipping route, and classification with the buyer’s freight forwarder or customs adviser.
QQVape does not promise that one hardware specification, document set, or tariff classification applies across all European destinations. The buyer and responsible local party must verify current requirements before import or sale.

Payment and Shipping
Ready-stock and other orders with a lead time of seven days or less are arranged after full payment. Custom orders longer than seven days use a 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Orders are supplied EXW China and freight is paid by the buyer. QQVape can introduce a freight forwarder. International transit time is confirmed by the selected logistics provider and is not included in the preparation time shown above.
