Choosing an empty 510-thread cartridge requires more than matching capacity. The inlet design, coil configuration, resistance, mouthpiece, assembly method, and filling process must work together with the buyer’s formulation and device.
Confirm the 510 Interface First
“510 thread” describes the connection standard, but it does not guarantee that every cartridge will perform the same way with every battery, voltage setting, filling method, or formulation. Confirm the intended battery and test physical fit before a production order.
Oil Inlet and Coil Configuration
A thicker formulation may require a different inlet and ceramic configuration from a lower-viscosity fill. The correct choice cannot be made from a product photo or a generic “CBD cartridge” label. Send the formulation type, approximate viscosity if available, filling temperature, and intended device so the hardware can be reviewed.
Resistance should also be matched to the intended battery and operating range. Do not assume that a lower or higher resistance is automatically better. Final suitability must be evaluated with the buyer’s own fill and usage conditions.
Capacity and Mouthpiece Options
Selected 510 models are available in different capacities and mouthpiece materials. Capacity affects fill volume and package format, while the mouthpiece can affect appearance, assembly, and branding. Availability must be confirmed by SKU.
