Start With Compatibility
Two pods can look similar while using different contacts, airflow paths, or body dimensions. Send a device photo, exact model name, or existing pod sample when compatibility is uncertain. QQVape confirms the selected model before quotation, but the buyer should complete a physical fit and fill test before a larger order.

The published 2,000+ price tier does not mean every 100-unit trial receives the same unit price. A smaller ready-stock order is intended for compatibility and market testing; the exact quotation depends on the selected SKU and available inventory.
Choose Capacity and Coil by the Application
Capacity, coil configuration, and inlet design affect filling and use, but no specification should be selected from a generic market claim. Tell Leo the intended fill, viscosity range, filling equipment, and target device. Sample the proposed hardware with your own formulation before production.
Payment and EXW Shipping
Ready-stock and other short-lead-time orders are arranged after full payment. Custom orders with a lead time longer than seven days use a 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Company-to-company payments are made by SWIFT or SEPA bank transfer. If bank transfer is not available for your account, contact Leo on WhatsApp to confirm an alternative payment method for the order.
Orders are supplied EXW China. Freight is paid by the buyer. QQVape can introduce a freight forwarder, but international transit time is not promised until the route is confirmed.
