The D52 is a slim 14.0mm-wide concentrate vape device offered with 0.5mL or 1mL PCTG tanks, a 250mAh rechargeable battery, a 1.4Ω ceramic heating core and three output settings. QQVape supplies it as empty hardware for private-label concentrate projects from 10,000 units per model.

What the D52 Adds to a Concentrate Hardware Project
Two Tank Volumes
Choose a 0.5mL or 1mL PCTG tank. The final tank volume is confirmed with the quotation.
14.0mm-Wide Body
The 105.5 × 14.0 mm format gives the D52 a narrow profile with a rechargeable 250mAh battery.
Three Output Settings
The D52 supports 2.8V, 3.0V and 3.2V settings for evaluation with the buyer’s formulation.
Two production routes
D52 OEM MOQ, Packaging and Lead Time
Choose the production route by the level of exterior and packaging customization required for the project.
Stock Color + Neutral Packaging
Production normally requires 7–12 days after the deposit is received, when materials are ready. This route does not require artwork confirmation. Neutral packing uses small white boxes with EPE foam, 100 units per box.
Custom Color or Custom Packaging
Production normally requires around 15–18 days after the artwork or CMF design is confirmed. A 50% deposit is also required to begin production. A packaging dieline is available for the buyer’s design process.
MOQ: 10,000 units per model; normally 2,000 units per color.
Color split: Normally at least 2,000 units per color. The total D52 order must reach 10,000 units.
Payment: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Price: Available on request. Supply basis: EXW China; freight is paid by the buyer.
Formulation evaluation
Hardware Evaluation for Distillate and Concentrate Formulations
The D52 can be evaluated for projects using distillate, live resin, live rosin or D9 formulations. Formulation viscosity and filling conditions vary, so buyers should test the empty hardware with their own formulation before approving mass production. Important: QQVape supplies the D52 as empty hardware and does not sell or fill e-liquid, CBD oil, THC oil or concentrate formulations.

What is the MOQ for the D52?
The D52 MOQ is 10,000 units per model, with normally at least 2,000 units per color. The total order must reach 10,000 units.
How quickly can QQVape produce the D52?
Stock-color orders with neutral packaging normally require 7–12 days after deposit receipt when materials are ready. Custom color or packaging normally requires around 15–18 days after artwork or CMF design confirmation.
Can the D52 be tested with my formulation?
Yes. Request an empty pre-production sample for evaluation with your formulation and filling process. Sample cost and timing are confirmed for the project.
Does the D52 arrive pre-filled?
No. The D52 concentrate vape device ships as empty hardware. The buyer handles filling through its own authorized operation.
